Get ready as we are kicking off for the 2026 Bike MS Round-Up Ride.  Join us as we pedal again raising money for research, advocacy and resources for individuals living with MS, and their families. Thank you for supporting Bike MS in 2025 and again helping us maintain a top TEN fundraising team, let’s hit 50k again this year!

Bike MS: Round-Up Ride is a 2-day experience beginning in Mansfield that winds you through some incredible Texas landscapes. On day 1, cycle along the Paluxy River toward the overnight location in Glen Rose and a finish line celebration like no other. On day 2, you will depart Glen Rose, pedaling close to where dinosaurs once roamed, where you will then finish at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens. Enjoy exceptional on-road support, detailed signage and well stocked rest stops along the way.

Choose your Bike MS adventure with one of our many route options – ranging from 35 to 100 miles and including a leap ahead route – that are perfect for both novice and advanced cyclists. Celebrate 39 years of impact and fundraising for people living with MS.

Fundraising Minimum: $300

Route Distances: 35, 65, 70, 80, and 100 Miles
